Use of the accommodation website and any of the services included therein implies full acceptance of the conditions set out in the privacy policy.

In accordance with current legislation, we inform you that the personal data requested in our forms will be included in a personal data file owned and managed by the accommodation provider. Likewise, by filling in any of the forms with the personal data requested and accepting their submission, you expressly authorize the accommodation to process or incorporate into its automated files the personal data provided through the aforementioned forms, as well as all data generated in relation to your participation or use of the various services offered on this website.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of collection, all personal data collected is mandatory, as it is essential for the management, maintenance, and control of our contractual relationship. 2.- PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING
The data provided will never be used for any purpose other than that for which it has been provided, and will be immediately deleted when it is no longer necessary for that purpose, unless otherwise required by law.
Regarding the contractual relationship: To manage your reservation and process your request to register as a guest of the accommodation and the subsequent commercial relationship. Where necessary, additional data may be collected, such as the age of guests or health information, if this needs to be taken into account in order to prepare for your stay (baby cots, food allergens, etc.).
Manage the obligations arising from the contracting of products or services provided by the accommodation.
Proceed to collect the amounts due when a reservation is canceled outside the deadlines, if any, established for this purpose.
With regard to the legal obligations of communication to public authorities, regulators, or government bodies that, by means of a law, legal regulations, or regulatory obligations, the accommodation must carry out.
Regarding the interest of the Accommodation: To carry out commercial and/or advertising actions or communications related to products or services similar to those contracted with the Hotel.
Conduct satisfaction surveys related to the products and/or services you have contracted, in order to evaluate your satisfaction with them, for the purpose of improving the Hotel's processes and services.
3. RECIPIENTS
In accordance with the provisions of point 2, the Accommodation may communicate your personal data to the following entities:
Public authorities, regulators, or governmental or jurisdictional bodies in cases where it is necessary to do so by law, local regulations, or in compliance with regulatory obligations.
Third parties with whom the Accommodation has contracted services, including but not limited to: legal and/or accounting advice, technology service providers, IT service providers, etc.
4. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The consents given in the cases provided for in this act may be revoked by you at any time, upon simple request. Interested parties have the right to:
- Request access to personal data relating to the data subject
- Request its rectification or deletion
- Request restriction of processing
- Object to processing
- Request data portability
To do so, you must contact the accommodation via email at hotel@grupopicosdeeuropa.com or by written and signed communication (attaching a copy of your ID card or other equivalent identification document) addressed to the data controller, PICOS DE EUROPA SL, C/ ARCO IRIS 3.
If you believe that the accommodation has not respected any of the aforementioned rights, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
5. CONSERVATION
Your personal data will be kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship between you and the Accommodation and for as long as liabilities may arise from the execution of the contractual relationship, as well as for the fulfillment of other legal obligations incumbent upon the accommodation.

The accommodation has adopted the legally required levels of personal data protection security and has installed the technical means and measures at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, and unauthorized access to the personal data provided.
7. COOKIES
Through this notice, the host informs users that it uses cookies when the user browses the different screens and pages of the website.
